How to Forward Emails in Outlook
Forward suspicious emails to us for a free scam check.
Outlook Desktop App
Open the suspicious email
In Outlook, click on the email you want us to check.
Don't click any links or buttons inside the email — just open it so you can forward it. If you're unsure, stop and come back to it later.
Click Forward
Click the "Forward" button in Outlook's toolbar at the top, or press Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on Mac).
This is a button in Outlook's interface, not inside the suspicious email.
Enter our email address
In the "To" field, type check@scam.support
Click Send
Click the Send button. You will receive a risk assessment reply within about 60 seconds.
Outlook Web (outlook.com)
Open the suspicious email
Click on the email in your inbox at outlook.com.
Don't click any links or buttons inside the email — just open it so you can forward it. If you're unsure, stop and come back to it later.
Click the Forward arrow
Click the forward arrow icon at the top of the email, or click the three-dot menu and select "Forward."
This is a button in Outlook's interface, not inside the suspicious email.

Tip
In Outlook desktop, you can also right-click an email and select "Forward" from the context menu.
