How to Forward Emails in Gmail
Forward suspicious emails to us for a free scam check.
Open the suspicious email
In Gmail, click on the email you want us to check.
Don't click any links or buttons inside the email — just open it so you can forward it. If you're unsure, stop and come back to it later.
Click the three-dot menu
In the top-right corner of the email, click the three vertical dots (the "More" menu).
Select "Forward"
From the dropdown menu, click "Forward." Gmail will open a new compose window with the email attached.
This is a button in Gmail's interface, not inside the suspicious email.
Enter our email address
In the "To" field, type check@scam.support
Click "Send"
Click the Send button. You will receive a risk assessment reply within about 60 seconds.
Tip
You can also set up automatic forwarding in Gmail Settings if you want every suspicious email checked automatically. Go to Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP > Add a forwarding address.
